WHITLEY COUNTY, In. (WOWO): Senator Jim Banks shared a statement announcing the death of his brother and Whitley County Commissioner Chad Banks with WOWO’s Kayla Blakeslee.

“Our family is devastated. Chad was a devoted husband and father to six children, a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, and a dedicated public servant. Please keep his wife Sarah, their children, my parents and extended family in your prayers.”
