Thursday Night Football will not feature replacement refs as the league and referees union came to a tentative agreement Wednesday, just in time for South Side grad Bernard Pollard and his Baltimore Ravens to welcome both the Cleveland Browns and the regular refs in an 8:00 kickoff and the start of Week 4 of the NFL season.
