FORT WAYNE (WOWO): Police have an alleged armed suspect in custody after a foot chase on the city's northwest side.
The suspect attempted to rob Family Video on Goshen Road with a long barreled gun, according to our partners in News at 21Alive. It happened just after 11 this morning.
Scanner reports indicated police attempted to frisk the man. That's when he took off running south on St. Mary's Avenue. He led police on a 10 minute chase through back yards and hopping fences.
