GOSHEN, Ind. (AP) _ An Indiana man sentenced to life in prison for killing a woman by stabbing her more than 50 times is arguing that a judge erred by allowing some crime scene photographs in his trial.
 
  Thirty-one-year-old Tryrice Halliburton of Bristol was scheduled to present his arguments Thursday in Indianapolis during a direct appeal to the Indiana Supreme Court.
 
  The Elkhart Truth reports he’ll argue that an Elkhart County judge erred by admitting some crime scene photographs and exhibits and allowed certain testimony during his trial.
 
  Halliburton also questions whether the court was right in admitting evidence of a prior burglary at the Bristol apartment building where 23-year-old Sheena Kiska was slain in March 2008.
 
  Kiska’s body was found by her then-4-year-old daughter in her apartment.
