A man from Butler is being held by police because he’s accused of having sexual relations with as many as 10 girls between the ages of 13 and 16. Jason Schwatz was arrested the other day, and police from Dekalb county say they started their investigation some months back because they were talking to him about an unrelated case. The detective says something just didn’t sit right, so he started to look into everything. The end result is 22 charges against Schwartz; he would entice the girls by offering to give them tattoos for only a few dollars then would demand sex when he was finished.
