Candidate for County Judge Calls Mailing Unfair

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): A candidate for the Democratic nomination to head a Marion County court candidate wants election officials to investigate a mailing from his party that he says he is not recommended in Tuesday's primary election. The Indianapolis Star reports that Gregory Bowes filed a complaint Saturday with the county elections board. Bowes is running against party-selected candidates for judge in Marion Superior Court.
