FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Community Action of Northeast Indiana, CANI, has received a $29,000 grant from The Lutheran Foundation in support of its Covering Kids & Families program.

Through the program, CANI offers assistance to local residents to apply for state-funded health insurance programs such as Medicaid, Hoosier Healthwise, and the Healthy Indiana Plan.
