JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): An Indianapolis Capital police officer has been arrested after he allegedly kissed an 11-year-old girl.

Forty-three-year-old Scott Litten of Anderson has been charged with child molestation, according to WISH-TV.

Authorities say the man inappropriately touched and kissed the girl at a pool party Saturday night in Johnson County.
