INDIANAPOLIS (AP): A leader among the state’s public charter schools is moving into a national advocacy post. Indiana Public Charter Schools Association President Russ Simnick is joining the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools next month. Simnick has led the Indiana group since 2008.
