FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): All City of Fort Wayne offices and buildings will reopen Friday.

City officials say street department crews continue to make progress with plowing and salting roads.

Also, Red River crews will begin collecting garbage in the Monday routes on Friday. Residents who have Monday collection as their day should set trash bins out tonight. Collections are expected to take longer due to the snow.
