FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The impact of winter snow continues to be felt around the area. The latest leaf pick up.

Fort Wayne officials say they will pick-up leaves that were left before heavy December snowfall. Beginning next week, the street department will collect leaves in bio-degradable bags only and for one week only.

If you have bagged leaves – you can call 311 through Friday, April 25 to schedule pick up. In most cases they'll make those pick ups in two business days or less.

Again, the leaves must be bagged in bio-degradable bags only.
