Clients of Defunct Dental Chain Receive Payments

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller says nearly 300 former Allcare Dental & Dentures patients have received partial or total refunds from the state's Consumer Protection Assistance Fund. The dental chain abruptly closed its offices in 13 states in 2011. It had offices in Indiana in Avon, Evansville, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Lafayette, Mishawaka and Muncie.
