Coldwater Creek and Apricot Lane Leaving Jefferson Pointe

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Coldwater Creek Inc. and Apricot Lane Boutique will be closing their doors at Jefferson Pointe.

According to the Journal Gazette, both stores are going out of businesses and will close once all merchandise is liquidated.

Last month, retailer Coldwater Creek filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after it couldn’t find a potential buyer or revenue source to save the business.

Meanwhile, Apricot Lane isn’t going out of business, but the Fort Wayne franchise is.

Jefferson Pointe General Manager Mike Brooks told the Journal Gazette, that shopping center officials are well into negotiations to fill the storefronts.
