Conservation Officers Investigate Death of Hanover Man While Fishing

SCOTT COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating the death of a Hanover man fishing at Hardy Lake near Austin. 68-year-old Herschel Horine was fishing at the Lake with his wife when he fell from the boat and became unresponsive. Horine was taken out of the water by his wife and other boaters who saw the incident happen. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
