FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Water Maintenance tells WOWO News that, due to a broken pipe in the area, water has been shut off in the 3800 and 3900 blocks of Captiva Drive. Crews are on the scene working to repair the pipe. At this time, officials say they don't have an estimation of when water service will be restored.
