Deal Reached in Grand Wayne Center Catering Case

FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO): A settlement has been reached in a dispute between the Allen County Fort Wayne Capital Improvement Board of Managers and the company that provides catering services for the Grand Wayne Center.  At issue is the fact that board wants to change caterers and a 25-year-old contract has prevented them from doing so.  A report in the Journal-Gazette says that under the terms of the settlement, the contract will expire if ownership of the catering operation changes, a deal that’s already in the works.
