PRINCETON, Ind. (AP) _ Prosecutors in southwestern Indiana are considering whether to seek life without parole or the death penalty against a man charged with fatally shooting his estranged girlfriend as she walked with their 13-year-old son.
 
  Gibson County Prosecutor Rob Krieg says the review is being made after he added habitual offender and other counts on Monday to the murder charges that Jason Perry faces.
 
  Perry is charged with shooting 34-year-old Jessica Tice twice at close range May 22 outside a restaurant in Princeton.
 
  The Princeton Daily Clarion reports a judge on Monday approved a request by defense attorney Michael Cochren that Perry undergo a psychiatric evaluation to determine his competency to stand trial and whether an insanity defense may be used.
