WARSAW, <st1:state w_st=”on”>Ind. (WOWO): The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department has released details from Friday’s sobriety checkpoint.  The checkpoint was held at Gilsinger John Deere Implements on State Road 15 near Leesburg.

1       Suspended / infraction
1       Learner permit violation / infraction
1       No valid ops in possession
1       False/fictitious plates/registration
1       Possession of marijuana
1       Possession of look-alike-drug/marijuana
1       Open Container
1       Seatbelt / citation
7       Warnings / equipment violations

The checkpoint was in effect from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
