Drug Raid at Oliver Street Home

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Three people are in custody after a raid Tuesday at an Oliver Street home.

Police uncovered guns, heroin and prescription medicine. 39-year-old Gary Thomas is charged with dealing a look-a-like drug and heroin. Both are Level Five felonies.

 29-year-old April Wiegand is facing charges of maintaining a common nuisance and 32-year-old Terry Menchaca has a misdemeanor charge of visiting a common nuisance.

The effort included units from the ATF, as well as the Fort Wayne Police vice, emergency services and the city's neighborhood code department.
