FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Early voting starts tomorrow for the 2014 Primary Election and is available to any registered voter in Allen County. Over 22,000 voters took advantage of this type of early voting in the 2012 Presidential Election and although the County Election Board does not anticipate that kind of early vote turnout for this election, it still expects an increase from previous mid-term primary elections. Early voting takes place in the lobby of the Rousseau Centre at 1 East Main Street.
