Education Board Set to Consider New A-F Rule

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The State Board of Education is set to decide on a new school grading formula for Indiana. The board on Wednesday will consider a series of changes recommended by a bipartisan panel after the grade-changing scandal that cost former Schools Superintendent Tony Bennett his new job in Florida. The bipartisan group recommended the new formula change how students' test improvements are factored into schools' grades of A to F.
