BUNKER HILL, Ind. (WOWO): A Logansport man is accused of battery and neglect to his one-month old daughter.

Twenty-three-year-old Hogan Moss is being held in Miami County. 

Authorities believe Moss shook the baby to get her to stop crying.

The girl was ultimately taken to Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis and found to have significant hemorrhaging,  known as Shaken Baby Syndrome.
