Firefighters were called to a home at 8505 Ramshire Lane at 10:20 a.m., Friday. Once on the scene, they found the one story home with a two car attached garage fully engulfed. While crews attacked the fire in the garage, other firefighters went in the home to keep flames from spreading to the rest of the house. It took crews about 39 minutes to bring the fire under control.
Two people made it out safety, however the garage was a total loss. No injuries were reported, but fire crews are still investigating the cause of the blaze.
