Fire on City’s South East Side, Cause Remains Under Investigation

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne fire crews were called to a house-fire late Sunday night on the City's south east side. When the first firefighters got to the scene on E. Rudisill, near S. Anthony Boulevard, they found smoke coming out of a 2-story home. The two people who had been inside the home evacuated before crews got to the scene. Firefighters got the blaze under control in about 17 minutes. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
