Former Huntington City Council Member & Jail Commander Found Guilty of Theft

HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WOWO): Former Huntington City Council member and County Jail commander Stephen McIntyre has been found guilty of theft. Indiana State Police Detective Kent Havens saw McIntyre stealing from a soda pop fund at work via video surveillance. The fund was for a deputy's K-9. According to our news partners at 21 Alive, McIntyre was charged with the Class D felony in April of this year.
