Fort Wayne man finds missing daughter through door-to-door trek

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A missing Fort Wayne teen has been found safe several states away… by her father.

16-year-old Taylor Summerlin went missing last Thursday, according to our Partners in News at 21Alive, who report that after her parents Mark and Jessica filed a missing person report with police, Mark went to Alabama to track down a lead on his own.

He went door-to-door for four days before finding her last night, with Jessica Summerlin making the announcement on Twitter:
