Fort Wayne man hospitalized after motorcycle crash

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man was hospitalized after a motorcycle crash in Steuben County.

A 26-year-old man was driving a motorcycle south on S.R. 327. At some point, he drove off the west side of the road around 10 p.m. Monday. The motorcycle went into a ditch and hit a Frontier junction box. Then the man was ejected from the motorcycle, according to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.

The motorcycle continued going and struck a house near the intersection of of S.R. 327 and C.R. 400 South.

When Steuben County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived to the scene, they found the man on the shoulder of the road.

He was sent to a Fort Wayne hospital. The crash is still under investigation.
