FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): An eight pound package of marijuana has landed a Fort Wayne man behind bars. 24-year-old Egdar Rivera is being held without bail after he received the package Tuesday. A local postal worker tipped off police and then delivered the mail. Officers were waiting nearby. The Journal-Gazette reported that Rivera has a string of criminal offenses, including drug and alcohol charges.
