Micro-Distilleries Now Allowed to Operate, Sell in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The General Assembly has passed a bill that would allow craft micro-distilleries to operate in Indiana and sell their liquor on-site. The state Senate approved the bill 38-9. Its author, Republican Rep. Ed Clere of New Albany, agreed to changes made by the Senate, so it heads to Gov. Mike Pence for his consideration.
