FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Fort Wayne police were called when a witness saw a man choking a woman while dragging her to the back yard. Police responded immediately and were able to get the woman out of the house, where she was being held against her will. Barlow refused repeated attempts to leave the home so a four-hour standoff ensued. He finally gave up and is now facing strangulation and criminal confinement charges.
