Andy Downs with the Mike Downs Center for Indiana Politics on the campus of IPFW conducted a study with the public on what the city should do with the old GE site just south of Downtown Fort Wayne.  Andy joined Charly Butcher on “Fort Wayne’s Morning News” to talk about the study results.
