FWPD Arrests Two For Dealing Synthetic Marijuana

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne police raided a home just north of downtown Friday morning and made a pair of arrests.

A search warrant was issued at a home on Third Street near Orchard Street at about 8:20 Friday morning. 180 grams of synthetic marijuana, also known as “Spice” were seized. 

36 year old Jayson Brothers Senior and 42 year old Julene Brothers were arrested. Both are charged with maintaining a common nuisance as well as dealing a synthetic or look-alike drug. 

Allen County Child Protection Services were contacted because a 7 year old child was living there. 

Investigators are expecting more arrests as the investigation continues.
