FWPD Officers Voluteer to Train for Bike Patrol

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fourteen officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department have volunteered to become certified bike patrol officers.

According to our partners in news at 21Alive, a 32-hour bike-training course will help officers learn about riding in the elements, and how to properly maneuver around town.

You may see the officers patrolling the downtown area within the next two weeks.
