FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Gas prices have risen slightly in Fort Wayne, but not by much: less than 2 cents a gallon, in fact. The national average has gone down in the last week-by just under a cent. Patrick DeHaan, an analyst with www.gasbuddy.com, says that prices could be unpredictable with the government shutdown over and the Energy Information Administration releasing its data about supply and demand for the last two weeks.
