FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Police are investigating a morning shooting on the southeast side. 

Just before noon, a victim was shot in the arm at a gas station at Oxford and Hanna. That's according to our partners in news at 21Alive. 

A spokesperson for Fort Wayne Community Schools says that Ward Education Center and Weisser Park schools are on lock down in response.
