ANDERSON, Ind. (AP): Glenda Ritz says she's “dismayed” by the three jobs she faces succeeding Tony Bennett as Indiana's superintendent of public instruction Ritz says those jobs are dealing with an investigation into Bennett's manipulation of school grades, overhauling some changes he made, and implementing her own program. The Herald Bulletin reports Ritz spoke to about 200 supporters on Saturday at a union open house in Anderson.
