ELKHART, Ind. (WOWO): An Ohio woman has died and three other people have been flown to a hospital with injuries after a car and a van collided along U.S. 33. Elkhart County Sheriff's Lieutenant Travis Adamson says the van's driver was pronounced dead at the scene yesterday along the highway, near Millersburg.
