INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): Today, Gov. Mike Pence signed a bill establishing health and safety standards for chemical abortion facilities. The bill, that also addresses informed consent measures, cleared its final legislative step with a vote of 35-14 in the Senate last month. Portions of it are effective July 1st.
