Illinois Man Arrested After Driving Wrong Direction On Indiana Toll Road

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) — On Wednesday, December 17, an Indiana State Police Trooper arrested 65-year-old Mario Lloyd of Illinois after spotting his SUV driving the wrong way on the Indiana Toll Road.

Following a traffic stop near Fremont, the Trooper detected a strong odor of marijuana, leading to an investigation and several charges, including OWI Endangerment and Criminal Recklessness.

Lloyd was booked into the Steuben County Jail without incident.
