Ind. Drivers Aren’t Ready for Winter Emergencies

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The Indiana Department of Homeland Security is recommending drivers make sure they are ready for winter emergencies while traveling. The department says drivers should have extra clothing, including boots, hats and gloves, at least two blankets or a sleeping bag, and flashlight and batteries in case of car trouble or slide-offs.
