INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The Indiana State Health Department is encouraging residents to discuss prevention and testing for sexually transmitted diseases this month. April is National STD Awareness Month.  State Health Commissioner William VanNess says STDs are responsible for several health problems include infertility and low birth weight.
