INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): A doctor who operates abortion clinics in Fort Wayne, South Bend and Gary will appear before a state licensing board Wednesday.

Dr. Ulrich Klopfer will meet with the Indiana Medical Licensing Board after he failed to timely report an abortion he performed on a girl younger than 14. Officials with the Allen County Right to Life claim he has criminal charges in Lake County and is under investigation in St. Joseph County. That organization also reports, Klopfer has more than 480 complaints filed against him with the Indiana Attorney General.

Klopfer’s Fort Wayne office is temporarily closed after he lost his emergency physician last month.
