NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana Conservation officers are currently investigating an ATV accident that happened last night near 
Ryan Road and SR 930 East just outside of New Haven. 

Just before 9:00 p.m. police got a call about an ATV accident with injuries. When officers arrived they discovered that Dawn Winicker, Christopher Kline, and two juveniles were riding on the ATV. 

The accident is currently under investigation and further details are not available but it is believed alcohol was a factor in the cause of the accident. 

Dawn and one of the juveniles were taken to the Hospital for treatment of non life threatening injuries where they were kept overnight for observation.
