INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Indiana will receive $36,500 from the federal government in hopes of curbing the spread of white-nose syndrome. Indiana is one of 30 states receiving a total of nearly $1.3 million in grants to combat the disease. Officials say white-nose syndrome has spread from one state in 2007 to 25 states and five Canadian provinces this year.
