Indiana Supreme Court Rules in favor of AQUA

FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO): Instead of a judge ruling on how much Fort Wayne owes AQUA Indiana the Supreme Court has said there needs to be full hearing, which includes a jury, to insure that AQUA is in fact receiving a fair value.

Back in 2007 the city’s takeover of AQUA Indiana North, was upheld by the Supreme Court, and while that did settle the “takeover dispute,” the price tag of what the city must pay, is still being debated.
