Indianapolis Slayings Suspects in Court Next Week

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The suspects in two separate shootings that took the lives of five people are scheduled to appear in court next week in Indianapolis.

Indianapolis police say Christopher Justice shot his ex-wife on Feb. 18, just after she had dropped off her two children at a daycare on the city's northwest side. Court records show the couple had been involved in a custody dispute over their 6-year-old daughter.

A hearing in Justice's case is set for next Tuesday.

Two men and two women charged with killing four people in what police say was a robbery gone awry at an Indianapolis drug house are also scheduled to appear in court next week.

A hearing for Kenneth “Cody'' Rackemann, Anthony LaRussa, Valencia Williams and Samantha Bradley is set for Thursday.
