BLUFFTON (WOWO):  A major Wells County artery will be closed for more than a month. The Indiana Department of Transportation announced plans to close a two-mile stretch of State Road 1 south of Bluffton for about 45 days. Crews are expected to begin work Monday on the highway between County Roads 900 South and 850 South.  That’s about 2 1/2 miles south of State Road 218.
