INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The federal government investigation into allegations of federal law violations by TSW Utility Solutions, Inc. has finished with federal investigators finding merit in 6 of 7 charges filed against the company-the 7th of which was withdrawn. The charges, filed by the Laborers Union, have been under investigation by the National Labor Relations Board since August.
TWS Utility Solutions, Inc. is based in Indianapolis and does work for local utility companies throughout Central Indiana. Discussions are underway to reach a settlement agreement. If one can’t be made, the charges will be slated for trial in front of a NLRB Judge.
