INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The release of the results of ISTEP tests taken by Indiana students this spring is being delayed further. State Superintendent Glenda Ritz has sent an email to school districts saying results would be sent to schools and parents on Sept. 9. The results have been delayed by investigations into online testing glitches experienced by nearly 80,000 students last spring.
