INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ A judge has suspended the driver’s license of an Indianapolis police officer following his weekend arrest on drunken driving charges nearly three years after he was involved in a crash with his squad car that killed a motorcyclist.
 
  An automatic not guilty plea was entered Wednesday for 39-year-old David Bisard during an initial hearing in a Marion County court on misdemeanor counts of drunken driving from Saturday’s crash. Authorities say Bisard had a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit to drive.
 
  Bisard said nothing as he entered and left the courtroom in a jail uniform and handcuffs. His attorney declined to talk about the weekend arrest.
 
  Bisard is jailed without bond until a hearing next week on the 2010 crash in which faces reckless homicide and other charges.
